Andy Watson, Contracts Manager
Andy joined the company in 2004 and is currently responsible for the effective construction management of a portfolio of successful projects. From a joinery background and Degree qualified, Andy has a broad range of experience from shop-fitting through to the delivery of major educational schemes delivered through the PFI procurement route.
He has responsibility for overseeing a number of on-going contracts on a visiting basis, his main role being to support the site teams and ensure the highest standards of health and safety compliance are maintained, to advise and oversee programme and quality management issues as they arise, and to ensure supply chain performance in line with their requirements.
Andy is involved at every stage of the construction process, from technical and programme advice at tender stage, through to the implementation and delivery of our aftercare procedures in order to ensure that our reputation is maintained, a fully committed team member he shares in the passion to deliver the companies goals and aspirations.
