KME Yorkshire Copper Tube

Completed in December 2008 for KME Yorkshire, this project involved the conversion of a disused single-storey factory facility into a high-specification two storey office block.

Involving significant structural alterations, the project included the replacement of glazing across the front elevation of the building with copper-clad feature windows and a striking copper-clad curtain walling to the main entrance, as well as the erection of steelwork to support the new first floor, new mechanical and electrical installations and associated finishes.
