Somerville Medical Centre

Completed in Autumn 2009, the £700,000 Design and Build project comprised the construction of an extension to an existing medical centre, as well as extensive alterations and refurbishment to the existing building.

The scheme was a technically challenging one, involving the stripping back of the existing roof and tieing in of the new extension's roof whilst maintaining the operations of the medical centre.

The project was carefully phased over several phases to accommodate the needs of the occupants and patients, as well as addressing the restricted site area.
