Laird Street Medical Centre

This £4 million Design & Build contract involves the construction of a flagship three storey medical centre, comprising a steel framed structure, with a mixture of timber rainscreen cladding, facebrick and render to the elevations and high specification internal finishes.

Scheduled for completion in early 2010, the medical centre provides much needed facilities to the surrounding densely populated residential area.

The new centre will merge the nearby Miriam and Cavendish surgeries.
