Hope Street Hotel
This design and build scheme saw the conversion of an existing disused four-storey office block into an eight-storey boutique hotel.
Carried out on an extremely restricted site with limited working space and poor access, Nobles completed works to strip back the existing building to its concrete frame, underpin the existing foundations and install strenghening steelwork to carry the additional storeys, erect the new steel frame and complete works to the shell and envelope.
The extension increased the number of bedrooms at this popular boutique hotel from 48 to 89, and is a stunning architectural addition to this famous Liverpool street.
