JJ Food Service - Sidcup, Kent
As part of JJ Food Service's national expansion programme, Nobles were appointed to carry out extensive modifications to their existing warehousing depot in Sidcup, Kent.
The works comprised the installation of additional dock levellers, partial demolition of the steel frame and reinstatement to accommodate additional structural openings, new retaining walls and dock pits, as well as recladding works and alterations to the external areas and access road.
The challenging 14-week programme was achieved through the close collaboration between the design team, Nobles' project team and its subcontractors.
