John Watson, Director

As one of the original team at Nobles Construction John has a passionate belief in the aims and aspirations of the Company. The simplification of problems by pulling all members of the construction team together to achieve a common objective and the understanding that as a service industry we need to provide high quality goods on time and within budget are the cornerstones.

These beliefs have been honed during a 31 year career in the industry, commencing with ten years at the premier local Liverpool contractor of its era working with major clients on high value schemes, through 5 years as Commercial Contracts Manager with a minor works contractor addressing the needs of Housing Associations, the PSA, Local Government buildings and educational facilities. These experiences led to joining Nobles and beginning the task of putting the beliefs formulated through experience into practice.

John has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in these contrasting spheres of work and brings it to bear with Peter Scarisbrick on the preliminary phases of contracts including cost plans, appraisals and tenders under a wide range of procurement routes. He is also responsible for the general day to day administration.
