Solid Nobles Continues Progress
Liverpool's Nobles Construction has declared turnover up by 20 per cent in the first quarter of its 2009/2010 financial year, going from £8m to £10m year-on-year. Nobles' performance has been helped by public sector work, having secured contracts for Laird Street Medical Centre in Birkenhead and schools in Stockport and Dukinfield.
Director Peter Linford said: "It hasn't been easy and it's challenging but our business plan has never incorporated borrowing to fund growth, which puts us in a strong position."
