Peter Scarisbrick, Director

Peter has worked in the construction industry for 31 years initially as an Apprentice, then gaining experience as a time served Joiner/Cabinet maker before returning to full time education and qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor in 1987. He gained considerable experience working on health, education, industrial and commercial projects through a variety of procurement routes and managed projects worth up to £20 million for two major Contractors before becoming one of the founding members of Nobles Construction in 1995.

He has particular expertise in Education, Design and Build Health Schemes and Major Refurbishment Projects involving complex structural and engineering works where he is able to apply his previously acquired skills in solving the often complex construction and practical issues that are associated with these types of schemes.

He has a keen interest in ´green issues´ and has been responsible for implementing Nobles Construction´s Environmental Policy.

At Nobles Peter together with John Watson has overall responsibility for the costing and pre-construction phase of projects and believes passionately that the most successful construction projects are those where the Client, Design team, Building Contractors and Sub Contractors work together as a team.
