Refurbishment

Residential

Nobles Construction builds all types of accommodation, from one-off luxury houses to apartment schemes and student halls of residences.

Heritage/Listed Buildings

We have particularly strong expertise of providing construction services for projects in Grade I, II* and II listed buildings. Some of the buildings we have worked on are amongst the most iconic and recognisable in the region, and we understand the many constraints involved in working on listed buildings. We have developed robust procedures and gained valuable experience, to ensure that any works we carry out within listed buildings are sympathetic to the building and are carried out to the very highest of standards.
