A £6.2 million Traditional Contract with CDP involving the refurbishment and alterations to an existing Grade II listed building

Externally we repaired the stone facade and completed modifications to the entrance.  Alongside this we repaired and replaced windows and undertook works to both flat and pitched roofs.

We constructed a steel frame atrium with full height curtain walling​ and a mezzanine floor.  This includes multiple stair and lift installations​.

Nobles designed and undertook significant mechanical and electrical installations and modifications​.

We also completed all associated fit out works.  These include installing specialist items including acoustic walls and sprung dance floors to performance the areas. ​

Our planning ensured all activities have been extremely sensitive to both current building users and local residents. ​
