This project is to demolish a steel frame garage and extend an existing two storey office block.

The offices create an additional 320 square meters of office space.

We constructed an additional car park prior to commencing superstructure works.  Initially created to provide relief parking during works, it now gives additional spaces to the site.

The offices are a traditional brick and block superstructure with 300mm full width span concrete planks.  It also has a pitched timber roof, insulated Kingspan sheets and tile finish.

The internal fit out is plastered MF partitioning with finished American Oak frames, doors, folding partition walls and tiled wet areas.
