The scope of works was to demolish a steel frame garage and extend an existing two storey occupied office block to create 320m2 of extra office space.

Prior to commencing the superstructure we had to construct an additional car park at the rear of the building initially to provide relief parking whilst our compound occupied the current car park but ultimately to provide extra spaces.

The offices were a traditional brick and block superstructure with 300mm deep full width span concrete planks with a pitched timber roof and insulated Kingspan sheets and tile finish.

The internal fit out was plastered MF partitioning with finished American Oak frames, doors, folding partition walls and tiled wet areas.
