Nobles were engaged by Cardinal Newman College, Preston, to provide a new pavilion alongside their sports fields.

The old pavilion and pitches remained in use throughout the construction programme.  The site itself is only accessible via a narrow and height restricted railway tunnel.

The new pavilion consists of 7 changing rooms and showers, office, stores, disabled WC and disabled platform lift.

The building is a brick structure upon a steel block and beam floor.  This is raised by 1 meter due to the area being in a flood plain.

The truss roof coverings are zinc sheets.  Additionally, a plant room is at one end of the pavilion.

We carefully undertook removal of the old asbestos containing pavilion once handover completed.
