Nobles Construction embarked on the restoration of this ionic Grade II listed building with great enthusiasm.
The Queen Anne wing had been largely out of bounds since the blaze of December 1952.
To bring this listed building back into use, Nobles Construction undertook extensive refurbishment works.
These included roof repairs, new wood panelling, new windows, lighting and major redecoration works. In doing so we brought the building back to life to the delight of Liverpool City Council and the occupants.
