Gutted by fire more than 60 years ago Nobles Construction embarked on the task of restoring this ionic Grade II listed building back to its former glory with great enthusiasm.

The Queen Anne wing has been largely out of bounds since the blaze of December 1952.

Nobles Construction have restored many of Liverpool’s must precious listed buildings in the past so significant experience & attention to detail were brought to the table from the outset. Roof repairs, new wood panelling, new windows, lighting and major redecoration took place bringing the building back to life to the delight of Liverpool City Council, the occupants and indeed Joe Anderson; Liverpool Mayor.
