Two Stage/ Negotiated contract; enabling works commenced on site 2018. This residential scheme consists of two buildings; one of 8-storeys in height comprising 362 apartments and 593m2 of commercial floorspace together with communal facilities; and a 9-storey building for car parking including substations; together with associated external works.
Demonstrating our competence in Pre-Construction services. Producing cost plans to improve cost certainty, undertaking design development, extensive value engineering and consultations with supply chain.
The site is located at a busy junction adjacent Warrington train station, construction methodology and site logistics have been meticulously considered.
