Nobles extended the Kop stand in two locations for this £3.2 million negotiated contract.

Nobles extended the Kop stand whilst installing a poly-carb rain screen between the Kop and a new main stand including scoreboard.  This required substantial demolition to the existing terrace as well as significant temporary works design.

We also extended the seating areas to all four stands whilst re-configuring lounges to enable DDA compliance.  Works involved opening up and installing over 100 tonnes of steel and cladding within a live environment.

We utilised temporary traffic management to enable the retail premises to remain open and works to proceed unhindered.

Additionally we procured and installed a new passenger lift and four platform lifts along with all associated finishes.

Nobles worked closely with our supply chain, the club and the design team.  This ensured the design and construction programme completed within the closed season and budget restrictions.

Alongside our own works, we allowed for multiple concurrent works including a complete pitch renewal, new build retail shop and external works.
