Nobles project wins Brick Development Association’s Architect’s Choice Award 2013

Completed in April 2013 the Carmelite Monastery in Liverpool is testament to Nobles’ commitment to Ecclesiastical schemes in the North West region and our highly accredited subcontractor supply chain. It has therefore come as no shock the project’s brickwork has received accolades. Nobles are proud to have been the main contractor on this superb purpose built building for the Carmelite sisters.

“This building emanates peace and calm. It’s picturesque surroundings of woodland and water offer a tranquil and harmonic feel and the high gated entrance and walling helps to provide the impression of confinement and privacy. The architects have used brick throughout, embodying a sense of timelessness, tradition and practicality.

The architects were impressed by the elegance and grace of this building. The brick is beautifully detailed and used both internally and externally to its full potential.” – Quote from Brick Development Association website.
