This project consists of the part demolition and extensive refurbishment of the existing community centre, school room and museum.

The new centre includes a state of the art kitchen and eight store rooms.  It’s under floor heating & solar panels on the roof deliver energy efficiency.

The elevation facing St Bridget’s church is built with art stone & sand stone.  In doing so it is in keeping with its surroundings.

The elevation facing St. Bridget’s school is art stone & rendered block work.  The roof is made with Spanish Slate.

The museum works include a DPC insulation to the walls and new doors.  The roof replacement and new mechanical and electrical systems complete the works.
