This scheme is for the significant alteration and improvement of a Grade II listed city centre Church.

This building is in Chester city centre on an extremely restrictive site.  We took particular care to create a robust and adaptable Construction Phase Health and Safety plan.

Alongside this, the phasing of works balanced an efficient programme against the church remaining open where possible.

We undertook major works to the site.  This includes a new catering facilities to replace the existing cafe.  It also required the fitment of new mechanical and electrical installations.  In addition, the internal courtyard is now an internal atrium with 8m x 5m glazed roof light.

Despite the restrictions, we successfully completed works within the twenty-week programme.
